Synopsis for the far southern california coast.. At 1 am, a 1026 mb high was over southeast oregon, a 1012 mb low covered the california bight at the center of a coastal eddy and a 1006 mb low was over phoenix. Weak onshore flow will prevail through Monday, with a coastal eddy spinning today and tonight, and again Sunday and Monday.
